Staggered start waves using an out and back course along the trail system from Lady Beaverbrook Arena.

21.1k – Saturday, September 4th (8:00am)
Staggered start waves using the trail system as much as possible from the nearby Delta Parking lot close to the Victoria Health Centre.

This route goes along the South Riverfront Trail system to the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge. Participants cross the bridge heading straight along the Nashwaak trail towards Penniac crossing Canada Street twice then Bridge Street all the way to River Straight and return back the same identical way to the start line.

10k – Saturday, September 4th (11:00am)
Staggered start waves using the trail system as much as possible from the nearby Delta Parking lot close to the Victoria Health Centre.

This route goes along the South Riverfront Trail system to the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge. Participants cross the bridge heading straight along the Nashwaak trail up to, but do not cross, Canada Street and return back the same identical way to the start line.

1k Youth Fun Run – Saturday, September 4th (2:00pm & 4:00pm*)
Staggered start waves going out-and-back along the Lincoln trail system, starting at Aberdeen Street just past Church Street.

* Should there be a large amount of online registrations, a second event will be added later in the afternoon with staggered start waves from the Lady Beaverbrook Arena.

42.2k – Sunday, September 5th (7:30am)
Lap 1
The Marathon consists of two laps. The course starts on St John Street between McLeod Avenue and Scully Street. Participants run down St. John Street and turn left onto Queen Street, follow Queen Street to St. Anne’s Point Drive, turn right onto St. Anne’s Point Drive. The course stays on the right side of St. Anne’s Point Drive and then heads up the on-ramp to Westmorland Street Bridge. Participants will cross over the Westmorland Street Bridge and take the second exit unto Union Street. Participants will follow Union Street to Friel Street, turn left onto Friel Street and run to the trail system where they will turn right onto the Northside Trail.

The course continues to the Nashwaak Trail (crossing McKeen Street, Jaffrey Street, Cliffe Street, Hughes St, Clark St, Neill St, Pine St, Gill St, and Gibson St) where it crosses Barker St and turns left onto the Gibson Trail. Participants follow the Gibson Trail to McGloin Street (crossing Greenwood Drive twice), turn left to cross Bridge Street, and turn right onto Nashwaak Trail. The course turns just before the bridge over River Street, and follows the Nashwaak Trail back to the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge (crossing Bridge St, Canada St, Kaine St, Gilbert St, Canada St, and Barker St). The course continues across the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge and onto the Lincoln Trail to turn right at Aberdeen Street (crossing George and Charlotte St), turning right to head to begin lap two.

42.2k – Sunday, September 5th (7:30am)
Lap 2
The second lap turns left on St. John St., then left on McLeod Avenue and onto the Lincoln Trail. Participants will turn left on the trail and cross the Bill Thorpe Walking Bridge. From this point, the course is the same as the first lap (turn right onto Gibson Trail and around the Marysville Loop) except for the participants turning about 1km further out on the Nashwaak Trail.

21.1k – Sunday, September 5th (8:45am)
