GETTING YOU ACROSS THE FINISH LINE
Whether it’s your first marathon or you’re looking to improve, Fredericton Marathon Inc. is partnering with Fredericton’s Stride Run Club to help get you across the finish line on race day in May.
The Fredericton Stride Run Club coaches have designed FREE intermediate level training plans for the 5k, 10k, 21.1k (half marathon) and 42.2k (marathon) events for the 45th anniversary Stewart McKelvey Fredericton Marathon taking place May 13-14, 2023.
The free training plans have been carefully developed to help you get the most out of your training and achieve a result you can be proud of on race day.
Designed to start January 23rd, the 16-week plans will help you increase speed, endurance, and strength to get you ready to tackle your first or fastest marathon event.
