Saturday, May 9: Road Race Elite 5k/Open 5k/Youth Fun Run
All Saturday events will start on Queen St by Officers Square.
Sunday, May 10: 10k/Half/Full
Will take place at Queen Square Park. Queen Square can be accessed by turning onto MacLeod Avenue off Regent Street (across from Sobeys). You can follow MacLeod Avenue to the Square. If you have a GPS unit or Google Maps, program 730 Aberdeen St, Fredericton, NB E3B 1S7.
FREDERICTON MARATHON PARKING GUIDE
For Runners & Spectators.
To ensure a smooth and safe marathon weekend, please review the parking information and plan your arrival accordingly. Some downtown areas will have restricted access due to road closures and event operations. Given the number of participants, spectators, and volunteers, please consider carpooling, walking, or biking to your event race site.

SHUTTLE SERVICE

A 48-passenger Go-Go bus will provide FREE shuttle service to participants (10k / Half / Full) on Sunday, May 10th as follows:

Drivers are encouraged to plan extra travel time and consider approaching via an alternate route from the course.
- Queen Street from Regent Street to Smythe Street
- Westmorland Street Bridge: Regent Street Off-Ramp
- Sainte Anne’s Point Dr. from Smythe to Regent Street
- Westmorland, York, and Carleton Streets from King to Queen Street
10:00am – 11:00am
Expect delays and restricted entry to Queen Street, from Regent to Westmorland Street
Plan extra travel time and consider approaching via an alternate route from the course.

Parking Restriction Notice and Parking Guide
- No parking along Queen Street from Regent to Carleton Streets starting Friday 2:00pm
- No parking on Carleton to Smythe starting Saturday at 5:00am
- The York Street Car Park will be closed starting Friday at 5:30pm
- All parking restrictions will be lifted on Saturday by 11:00am

Bridge Traffic
- Partial closure of Westmorland Street Bridge from 06:15am to 09:30am – Reduced to one lane of traffic in both directions
- Marysville Bridge 6:15am – 1:30pm – Expect delays
Street closures
- St John St (between Aberdeen and Queen streets) 6:15am – 9:30am
- St John St (between Aberdeen Street and McLeod Avenue) 6:30am – 1:00pm
- Queen St (between St John and Regent streets) 6:15am – 9:30am
- Aberdeen St (between St John Street and the trail) 6:30am – 1:30pm
Traffic delays
Delays are expected at several northside trail crossings from 6:30am until 1:30pm on the following streets:
- Barker St
- Kane St
- Canada St at Murray Ave
- Canada St at Miller St
- Bridge St
Sunset Dr area should expect delays from 6:30am to 10:00am at trail crossings, including:
- Main St at Royal Road
- Sunset Dr at Currie Avenue (DTI Sign Shop)
